At Shelter Store, we always aim for our customers to have an excellent experience working with us. We want to ensure that anything from ordering to receiving our products is as smooth as possible. How much will it cost?
It's free delivery to the majority of England. Depending on the products ordered, an additional charge will apply to parts of the UK. Please, get in touch to check; you can call us on 0800 612 7503 or email us at email@example.com
How long will it take?
Standard delivery for stock items is 3-5 working days. Delivery times vary depending on the product. Estimated delivery times are shown where possible with each product, but exact delivery times are available.
Some orders will be bespoke and need to be powder coated with your colour choice, which can take longer. Please contact us if you need a confirmed delivery time.
We will always endeavour to get your order to you on time. However, if an item is out of stock for a prolonged period, our team will contact you to update you on your order/manufacturing progress.
Can I just pick my order up today?
Yes! We have thousands of bike racks, bollards, posts and many of our shelters in stock, ready for you to pick up off the shelf. If you decide to pick up your order, give us a ring at 0800 612 7503 beforehand, and we'll get the item ready for you.
Come to our factory and warehouse at unit 8 Portland Commercial Estate, Ripple Road, Barking, IG11 0TW. We'll help you load your vehicle with our forklift if needed. We have a lot of free parking available, just off the A13.
Can you do emergency expedited shipping and installation?
Yes! Just let us know what you need and how soon you need it, and we'll see what we can offer. We have been known to work through the night to finish projects on time, and it's more common than you might think.
Is there anything I should be aware of about the delivery?
Yes, please be aware we transport most of our products by truck. This means that we need suitable access to the place of delivery. Additionally, our drivers may be unable to move your goods far from the vehicle. Please notify us in advance by getting in touch if there are likely any issues with receiving the delivery from certain types of vehicles like, for example, side-loading trucks.
What if I order from overseas?
We usually deliver overseas stocked orders within 14 working days of dispatch, depending on which country you are located in. We can give you a quote for a delivery charge for this.
